Mona Palacios - Letting Go

When you think of letting go you think of loss

This is not always the case

When you let go of your childhood you
You become an adult but will always have memories of that childhood you let go

When you let go of fears, you
Gain the confidence and the strength to take on the world in front of you

When you let go of bad habits you gain the knowledge of knowing that you
Can do anything you put your mind to

There are May more things I can say about letting go

But the one thing I don’t have experience in is letting go of a love that is so deep in your heart that no matter how much confidence or how much strength or even memories you have the only thing you will have gained from that experience are scars to remind you that you once did love and you once did let go, and you may or may not be a better person for it but that only time will tell, but as I stand now my legs are weak and my heart beats very low as to not make a sound so no one know it even exists that way it
Stays safe and secure from pain and scars now I realize it is better to be safe than sorry
