mona martinez - Life is not always perfect

life can be ****ed up,
but what can we do?
whine and cry
because the things we want
you can't have?
or just change the way
you see life?
life can be unfair,
why let it bring you down?
you can't change what happens,
or what's going to happen,
you control your life,
nobody else
so to place blame on somebody,
only shows,
that you have no courage
to take responsibity,
for the way your life was going
fight through when times get hard,
why cry when nothing will change?
the people who are gone,
will never return,
that guy that broke your heart,
will fall in love again,
why should you remain,
trapped in the past,
plus everything you want to change,
only to find,
it was out of your reach to begin with,
except for....
Right here and Right now,
because what matters the most,
is when you realize,
that life not as bad as you thought,
when you find that person inside,
that know pain is part of life journey,
even though life sucks,
you have to fight through it,
without letting it get the best of you.
