when we talk,
my problems melt away,
you take me back,
to the times we were kids,
do you know how happy i was than?
i had a mother,
and you as my best friend,
what more could i ask for?
everything i wanted,
was right in front of me,
and i took it for granted,
now i'm thinking back,
to a life wasn't so bad,
until you walked into my life,
it was gray,
wondering if i should live another day,
i got my smile back,
and gaining back my confidence,
cuz i have a friend like you,
true friends are hard to find,
we been through thick and thin,
and helped the other person through,
i just want to say,
THANK YOU! ! ! !
