According to Business Insider, new data shows that mobile features are a top priority for customers, when selecting a bank.
They explain, "In Business Insider Intelligence's second annual Mobile Banking Competitive Edge study, 64% of mobile banking users said that they would research a bank's mobile banking capabilities before opening an account with them."
61% of the people surveyed admitted that they would also change banks if they had a bad mobile banking experience.
