Mobile App Helps Study Participants Lose 15 Pounds
Description
Researchers at Northwestern University found using a mobile app to track eating and activity helped subjects lose an average of 15 pounds and keep it off for at least a year. The app was combined with nutrition classes and helped keep users on track.
