MMS-2500 Automatic Mattress Glue Line

One of the most crucial parts of mattress production is preparing mattress carcasses. While the mattress side foam and top felting were being prepared with solvent-based glue, it is passed to the hotmelt system to provide worker health, and good smell& hygiene on the mattress in the latest years. Our MMS 2500 glueing line has reduced the number of personel and raw material of glue in daily mattress production and also increased the amount of production. Melt glue (hotmelt) is used in our MMS 2500 hotmelt glueing line. This glueing system maximizes worker health and hygiene on the mattress, as a result of being scentless. Our system is able to design as 1-3 and 5 bridge systems, according to the mattress production place and capacity of the manufacturer.
