This video was recorded at the Bridlington seminar on the 9th August 2015. This event was hosted by Stuart Hickens is the owner and Master of the Bridlington martial arts fitness centre. It was a challenge to cope with students from a wide range of ages as well as natural abilities. These students flow rapidly in their training and made quick progress.
