They could care less about how great of a company it is or how great that comp plan is the only thing they care about is what can it do for them and that is what you should focus on. Before you show anyone a presentation you should figure out why they are even open to checking it out.

They start rambling off about how great the product is how awesome the comp plan is how they can make a ton of money if they get two and they get two, well you get the picture.Instead of doing that ask them “why.” Why are they interested in looking into a side project.
