It has been rumored that MLM compensation plans won't work unless the prices of the products are marked up to ridiculous prices in order to pay company reps. In some cases this may be true but this is not how MLM works!

MLM compensation plans work because most of the distribution costs are eliminated. This video explains in easy to understand terms.
