Mkhize says vaccine procument delay avoids risks

Health Minister Zweli Mkhize says beginning early direct discussions with vaccine manufacturers was too risky. He says the companies required non-refundable commitments. The Minister says the country rather went the safer but longer route of collaboration using the Covax facility.
