To be without is a punishment
But when we have our time
It’s the best moment

Nothing else comes close
Close to the way you make me feel
You make me stare out my windows
You’re just so unreal

It’s unconditional
The time spent together
We get so personal
That it’s like an undiscovered color

You are so good to me
But there is always that ‘but’
It hurts the ‘us’ badly
It’s like an old habit

I want to be with you
But others question if you want to be with me
I gotta wonder if we’re ever going to get a breakthrough
If not I believe we will be brief
