With other storms come and gone, residents are preparing for another: Hurricane Isaac, which reached windspeed powerful enough to become official overnight Tuesday.
Nobody seems to expect a storm with the same strength as Katrina, but residents are boarding up and hunkering down nevertheless.
John Terrett reports from Mississippi.
