You don't even know
how I spent sleepless nights thinking of you,
wishing i didn't have these doubts in my mind.

You don't even know
how many tears I've shed,
how you bring me a moment of joy
and thousands moments of insecurity.

You don't even know
how much you mean to me.
You don't know,
or maybe you don't care.

How many times can I make excuses,
say it'll work this time
and be disappointed time and time again.

You don't even know
when I tell you that I'm okay,
I'm bleeding deep down in my heart.

You've said you have many things to deal with
I am no selfish witch, I understood...
But I cannot get my head around the fact
that you could not pick up the phone,
let me know that you're okay
and will soon give me the time of day.

You don't even know
that my friends keep telling me:
'you need to move on'.
You don't know that I refuse to believe
that you are just another user;
defending you, and rejecting such possibility.

I want to believe you're the one.
Maybe because...
I refuse to make loneliness
my everlasting companion.
and move on...
I refuse to make myself bitter,
or be in this God forsaken relationship
that is slowly tearing me apart..
Simply put:
you don't realize even how much I care
...and I just don't know if u DO at all!
