Urban well-being, housing and local government minister Abdul Rahman Dahlan and Deputy Home Minister Nur Jazlan Mohamed believe that the statutory declaration by Charles Morais last night on the murder of his brother DPP Kevin Morais is "conveniently timed" to be close to the upcoming UMNO AGM.
