Mining scam: Web of deceit - Part 3

Enforcement Department probing the Rs 4000 cr mining scam points to the involvement of Dubai-based M/s Blue Techno and Sanjay Choudhary who has been described as former Jharkhand chief minister Madhu Koda's shadow man. Choudhary is Managing Director of Blue Techno Project in which kingpin and Koda's aide Anil Bastawade has a significant share. Income Tax department uncovered that during Madhu Koda's less than two-year stint as CM, his aide Sanjay Choudhary invested in 5 mines abroad. Koda is said to have admitted during questioning that he knew Sanjay Choudhary but claimed he had no business deals with him.
