Minecraft Snapshot 12w39a: Lighting Glitch "Update"

This is simply an FYI to those who run the Minecraft Snapshots. 12w39a was set to fix all lighting glitches in the game, however it seems stairs/half-slabs already placed in worlds now suffer from the glitch. This is not a big deal as this is just a snapshot which has a sole purpose of exposing issues like this so they can be fixed.
