Minecraft Mob Spawner/Xp farm tutorial (PC,PS4,Xbox)

In this video I will be showing you how to make a mob spawner in minecraft.\r
This spawner will work for skyblock, and will also work in the normal world.\r

1- About 12 Stacks of cobblestone.\r
2- 8 buckets of water Or\r
Make infinite water when you are up.\r
