In this video, Matthew Sabia takes us through the process of creating and using a bed in Minecraft.

There isn't a lot to do during the night in Minecraft other than stare into darkness. For this reason, the bed was created to allow your character to sleep until morning. Beware though, there are dangers that come with sleeping without four walls and a ceiling to keep the evils of the world out.
