Info:
18 int minimum for curse weapon, 18 end to carry equipment, 20 str to two hand the DBS, and 16 fth to cast second chance. Second chance might not be the most useful thing since your defense is already so low you might reach the 150 percent damage threshold that negates second chance with any hit you take. I'd recommend keeping grass jelly to negate the DoT that curse weapon applies to you.
