Mincidelice my first week

Salve gente!
Ci riprovo non per perdere peso ma almeno per correggere un pò quelle brutte pieghe che si tende a prendere dopo un pò di mesi che pur facendo sport non si ha voglia di monitorare attentamente la propria alimentazione. Un pò di proteine in più non fanno mai male se si beve tanta e tanta acqua :-D pertanto ho acceso un cero a MINCIDELICE. Una cura alimentare, che si basa sul consumo di prodotti iperproteici in determinate ore del giorno, di facile preparazione e ottimi da gustare ad un prezzo sicuramente competitivo rispetto a ciò che si trova sul mercato.
La lentezza di youtube sta ritardando ulteriormente il caricamento del video pertanto io sto proseguendo la mia dieta e sono giunta ormai al mio quarto giorno di fase attiva, percependo sin da subito un sollievo..diciamo quel senso di gonfiore che mi accompagnava per via del consumo smodato di carboidrati :-) per intenderci, non sono ancora salita sulla bilancia perché intendo attendere il completamento di questa prima fase prima di farlo. Ma comunque ve ne parlerò nella prossima clip :-) confrontando pesi ma soprattutto centimetri.
