Daughter likes classic movies
Son, modern science fiction,
She likes to read romance
He has a comic book addiction.

Daughter hates hip-hop music
Son likes to listen to soul
Her idea of having fun is swimming
Bowling for strikes is his goal.

Daughter likes to eat fish
Son likes fast food,
She kisses us good-night
He just gets up and leaves-he’s rude

Daughter is very affectionate
Son doesn’t like to be close,
She sits up front at the movies
He sits in the back row.

One thing they have in common, though
Is to fight with one another,
One time it ended in a bloody nose
But I know they love each other.
