Milkman at an Indian wedding !

Saw this at a wedding in India recently. This guy had a huge vat of boiling milk from which he would serve delicious warm milk to folks and top it off with 2 inches of cream (that floated to the surface of the milk). Sounds fattening, but it tastes like H-E-A-V-E-N! Check out his routine of cooling the milk before serving it.
