MIKHAIL AWAITS PRIVY COUNCIL RULING

Prime Minister Kamla Persad Bissessar said on Thursday that 18 of the 38 death row inmates could legally have a death warrant read out to them to be executed. However she indicated, that of the 18, only one of them had his case pending before the Privy Council. In other words he is possibly the closest to the hangman's noose.
