Gained the world but have nothing
Noticed but not known
Your god spared a quality of himself
In an aloe plant for the cut on your hand that bent backwards
Questions you'll ask, you'll scream
Rupturely spoken for no reason

Singled out your 'honesty'
Succumbed to a mode of pressure
Your skeptic and cataleptic faith
is far TOO impressed with your pretense
It's only a dream that draws out the fake
It's only a memory until it plays out its own existence

Biding your time
Marked these words
You question your faith
and evrytime you do
It leaves you with a scary contradiction you fail to believe

You built your pride from a heresy
Your fingers clenched on the schematics of reality
It was a MAN who died for your faults not an EFFIGY
So burn your paper jesus if you only see him as fake! ! !
