Mike Finley - A Prayer for Truth

We know you are the self-concealed God
because to do otherwise,
skulking behind sycamores,
would be a dead giveaway.

Nevertheless,
everything seems so 'pointed, '
we learn so many 'lessons, '
there are all these 'coincidences, '

It's perfectly ridiculous.
Why not peel off the billions of masks
and admit you are stalking us
every damn day of our lives?
