A brook runs through her beloved son's remote house
she who dreams is this maternal brook
as well as the house that becomes uninhabitable


someone is raising her out of bed why not
her arms are stiff from the night
drugged old lady waiting like Sappho

Smell of pee from her badly washed sore genitals

who washes this naked woman still alive?


carefully she opens her slits
lie waiting like Sappho she would not when young
drugged old lady waiting like Sappho

An unknown MAN raised her up from the grave
an obnoxious music hall performer with wings oh!
her OWN son was going to land with his aircraft in her room!


she hides the cheese sandwich in the towel
next to her plate with manna from heaven
