The Crazy Cat King (who acts like 1930s-1940s comedy star Hugh Herbert) wants his evil wolf wizard to capture Susan Mouse and bring to his castle so that the Crazy Cat King can make her his bride. The evil wolf wizard captures poor Susan, but she hates the Crazy Cat King. When the maiden calls for help opera style, Mighty Mouse sings his way from the skies and fights all kinds of dirty tricks by the magician, with lots of fantastic special effects. Mighty Mouse saves (ending up with the Fairest of the Land) and sends the Crazy Cat King and his magician into the moat, where they try to escape the kings crocodiles.
