Mighty Morphin' Power Ranger Movie!

While the Power Rangers have gone through some major changes through the years, we’ll never forget the original Mighty Morphin’ crime fighting teenagers. So it’s pretty obvious that we went a little crazy when they announced that a Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers movie was in the works earlier this year.

This week, two new names were thrown into the rumor mill, and we couldn’t have picked anyone better for these roles. The Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth has been rumored to be in talks to play Jason, the Red Ranger, while the lovely Chloe Grace Moretz might be suiting up to kick some MAJOR butt as Kimberly, the Pink Ranger.

None of these stars have been officially confirmed yet, so we’re keeping our fingers crossed that these rumors are true. And let’s not forget that Twilight veteran Taylor Lautner’s name has also been thrown into the mix.
