Never mind the pain killers and pills
the dentist said
stick to nature's painkiller

I mumbled through cotton swabs

He smiled and nodded
an expert on mumbled speech

Take a big swig of Stolichnaya
that should do the trick all right
your pain and woes will fade
when you down an ounce or two

I awoke the next morning
with a hangover but no pain!
