Michael Poston - Permanent Sigh

Lost, until i search my memories
what was clouded and painful before
has been replaced with bliss
i gaze at them with fondness like pictures.

there are no numbers to calculate
everything is explored by feel
you say what you've felt is surreal
as we're waiting for three months to kill.

pictures take shape
it helps me get by,
you wont let me leave
because i leave you with a permanent sigh.
