To have to hold even to eat
To drink and thirst no more
So is Truth at The Master’s feet
This side of Heaven’s Door

Who can stop time, turn surging tides
Make stormy seas as lakes
Jesus is this and more besides
Where sleeping man awakes

Love tangible, grace physical
Where doubt has departed
He’s God! Man, perfect spiritual
Revealed and imparted

When, how, can the mortal eye see?
Such miraculous bliss
Where is it from, how can it be
Divinity as this

Many believe such statements absurd
Doubting who lives above
But not who’ve seen who’ve truly heard
And felt such awesome love

The living Christ God’s Lamb who died
Who rose that others live
That selflessness be multiplied
Through He! He’ll freely give

The Counsellor! The Holy Ghost
The Spirit who’ll within
Who Jesus sends His chosen host
To guide and combat sin

Through faith in God in Christ His Son
Who’ll trust not wondering why
So is The Dove of Heaven won
By those rising on high
