Bounding through time
like a bumper car
Towards the next act
in my Houdini show

that nail biting end-frame,
another narrow escape
from the monkey flesh -
leaving us all
in slack-jawed
wonder and
amazement

to learn one more
aspect of love
from this angle...
or this one

to kill
a thousand times,
and be killed
a thousand more

to live in a
one bedroom apartment
with bitterness
and all her smarmy inlaws
or to abide in the
lush mansions of
forgiveness

in and out of the
celestial dressing room

'Who am I THIS time? '

Bounding
through time
like a mad man
desperately looking
for my lost Love -
My Beloved,
in all her
many disguises,
Keeps me guessing
Leaves me breathless
Bodyless
and forever
down on bent knee
praising her resplendent
Body - the universe,
with my little pink
tongue
