Chains That Bind

These chains
Tied upon the mast
That keep me held down fast
The mast that holds me from my past

I curse the ones who made these binds
Made these things to hold me down
But i hate to be bound
Why can't they let me drown
I don't want to be found...

Sometimes i curse them
Curse them for holding me back
It's driving me insane
But when was i ever sane
I always want to disappear into the rain

There's nothing i need to think about
Even if i did my head would still be full of doubts
I don't need to think
Why can't they let me sink! !

My mind is almost made
Of death I'm not afraid
I'm just afraid they'll try and stop
But no matter what I'll still drop
And they'll all hear that single plop

My descent into the sea
My descent of ending me
My death below the sea
Finally I am set free....
