MIC requests PM to consider previous Cabinet decision on unilateral conversion
Description
MIC has asked Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak to consider a 2009 Cabinet decision on unilateral conversion that states the religion of a child will remain as it was at the time of birth until age 18. Its president Datuk Seri S. Subramaniam said in his opening speech at MIC's 71st General Assembly on Sunday.
