All people do is act
We might as well smoke some crack
The world we live in is so pretend
No one is truly ever your friend

Life is just a big stage
People performing as they age
Costumes and masks for everyone
When will this shadiness be gone

The world we live in is our cage
What to do next written out on a page
Memorize your lines and live
Deviate and no one will forgive

This veil on reality I can not take
I want to find a way to escape
This world no longer owns me
I ran away and now am free
