Mexico: Hurricane Odile victims' basic needs still to be met

While 11,000 residents of the Mexican state of Baja California Sur state are living in shelters, aid for the thousands of victims of hurricane Odile continues to arrive in the collection center installed in the Mexican Red Cross. Meanwhile, the federal government declared the 5 municipalities of Baja California Sur as emergency zones, which will enable them to access resources of the National Fund for Disasters.
