Description

Hurricane Rina weakened as it headed towards Mexico's Caribbean coast but nobody's taking any chances.
The storm's been downgraded to a category one but it's still packing winds up to 140 kilometres an hour.
In Cancun residents are stocking up on food but it's not just the storm that worries them.
Security has been stepped up in case of looters.
SOUNDBITE: Julian Ricalde, Cancun Mayor, saying (Spanish):
"Public security has been patrolling. We don't want to have scenes like when Hurricane Wilma struck, of Cancun with looting all over the city. We're going to lay down the law very strictly. We've spoken to those responsible for several companies so they can help us protect them and our purpose is that no-one should get hurt."
Wilma struck in 2005 and was the most intense storm ever recorded in the Atlantic.
Despite its downgrade Rina is still expected to bring heavy rainfall and dangerous waves.
Thousands of tourists have already left Cancun.
But it's been a busy time for the shops as residents snap up emergency supplies just in case.
