Ingredients:
4 flour tortillas
200 gr Chihuahua cheese
2 jam slices
100 gr de chorizo
½ avocado
Preparation: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 pax
Preparation:
Cook the chorizo over a hot pan until well done. Remove excess fat and set aside.
Put a flour tortilla over a plate, cover with half of the shredded cheese, half of the cooked chorizo and a ham slice. Cover with another four tortilla. Repeat until you have two sincronizadas. Heat the sincronizadas over a hot pan or grill on one side for a couple of minutes. Flip and cook on the other side.
Serve decorated with avocado slices.
