Directed by Josh Sternfeld, Meskada tells the story of the detective investigating on the brutal murder of a child that took place in a small American town Hilliard. A few clues that he finds, however, lead to Caswell, a neighboring town. Soon, tensions between the inhabitants of the two towns will lead to real war.
