If you're not in the top 10% of men (you're clearly not if you're watching self improvement videos) then using dating apps has a horrible ROI. Dating apps like Tinder, Hinge and Bumble mess up your mental health and distract you and worst of all, most young men aren't even getting anything out of it. Men need to stop using dating apps and level up first.
