You want me to stay
and so you pray
With tears in your eyes
i cant stand to watch you cry

you wont let me go
and this i know
but cant you see
your hurting me

with blood on my wrist
and my hands in a fist
i breathe my last breath
and put you to the test

i couldnt take it anymore
and i was so sure
that you would come through
and that i thought i knew

now as you hold my lifeless body
your suicide your plotting
and through your tears
you screamed your fears

everyone stares wide eyed
as all you can do now is cry
i am sorry for all that i have done
i knew everyone was just having fun

but now you kneel at my grave
and to be with me is what you crave
as my body lays still in the dark
my soul in heaven saw the mark
i left apon your heart

you slowly move on and win the emotional fight
but you still remember that tragic night
and now you pray
that in heaven i stay
with tears in your eyes
i cant stand to watch you cry
