Though it seems as if things stand still-
Nothing remains the way it is now
Memory will always make things look prettier,
or uglier, never the same

keep me in the part of you
where you keep safe your secret dreams
where it smells like roses and it rains angel feathers
where fairies used to live before the noise drove them away

you left and will never come back
i know now
I understand
But never forget

We were found if only for awhile
