Mehreen Mujeeb - Nothing Is Without Reason

Don’t make reason a symptom to live;
Know what it is, don't show what it is
Symptoms need reasons to affect the disease
What we inject into the disease needs a reason to secrete.

Someone ill needs a reason to cure his disease.
God who lives forever needs a reason to exist.
Something that expires needs a reason to be manufactured.
Symptoms don’t show reason,
Even though they persist.

Why do we see the sun come up,
Only when the day is dark.
Why does the sun decide to show itself,
When our moon decides to leave its mark.

The base of reason is not the symptom that is seen
It is every angle you think in and what the symptoms mean.
