Meghan - Emptiness

I sit alone with an empty mind
looking on to vast blue skies
the reflection ever present in my vacant eyes
when the light of the sun dies
and on comes the night
my mind suddenly dark
my eyes glow white and stark
I just sit so there and alone
this life forever empty, on it drones
all the things I've ever known
with the wild wind were blown
down some black hole I'm thrown
falling forever in the unknown
