The boy lies on his sorrowful stained sheets
As he cries himself to sleep
He hears the angry screams coming from the kitchen
He covers his ears with his trusty pillow and hand

The boy begins to dream
He dreams of a world that is only true in dreams
Then he awakens with a jolt from a bang,
With his father screaming with an angry passion

The boy screams to the fierce pitches of a belt
He did nothing but yet he is blamed
He runs to find the woman he called mother,
Dodging all the bloody trash on the floor

There she is on the so called floor
The boy gives her one last hug
Knowing that it is the last one for a long time,
Then he hears one last thing, BANG!
