Megalodon is a 2002 American shark film. It takes place out on a deep sea oil rig.
Plot
In the North Atlantic off the coast of Greenland, a highly advanced deep sea oil rig has been recently constructed by a company, Nexecon Petroleum. The oil rig is named "Colossus" for its immense size. This "new" type of oil rig can dig deeper, and extract more oil than any other oil rig in the world. but they done something !
The oil rig's crew seems to be convinced that nothing bad would happen, and is skeptical of the geologists
Le mégalodon (Carcharodon megalodon puis Procarcharodon megalodon puis Carcharocles megalodon et maintenant Megaselachus megalodon) — Carcharodon signifiant « dents aiguisées » et megalodon « aux grandes dents » — était un requin qui peuplait les océans il y a 16 millions d'années et s'est éteint il y a 1,6 million d'années. Il est considéré comme étant le plus redoutable poisson superprédateur de tous les temps et peut-être le plus grand carnassier qui ait jamais vécu.
