Meet Tristan Schuld

Tristan Schuld is a skilled account executive professional who currently works in the Chicago, Illinois area. He has experience working in real estate and finance.
He began his career in the financial services industry by pursuing a degree with the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in the Spring of 2014. His focus was in finance, and he was particularly fascinated with what his studies showed him of the underlying systems that affect the financial industry every day.
His college career was underpinned by volunteer work with the local after-school program Our Next Generation and Habitat for Humanity. These volunteer opportunities helped develop his penchant for education and communication, as well as his commitment to the community.
Soon after graduating, he found work through the staffing agency Adecco, which provided him with a contract to Associated Bank. Here he served as a mortgage document specialist. He was responsible for verifying TPO Lender Loan Originations, performing quality control reviews in compliance with Regulation Z, RESPA, and CFPB requirements, and providing support to TPO account executives.
After nearly a year with Associated Bank, Tristan Schuld joined the bank as a full-time employee, taking on the role of Correspondent Lending Loan Coordinator.
In June of 2016, he advanced to the role of Third Party Origination Sales Support Specialist. In this role, he developed and enhanced client relationships, facilitated efficient pipeline management, and handed product training, compliance remediation, and scenario questions with clients.
In December of 2017, he was promoted to Account Executive in the correspondent lending division in Chicago, Illinois. This position has required him to manage and maintain correspondent accounts; Develop new correspondent accounts; and training clients via seminars, presentations, and one-on-one sessions. He continues to work in this position today.
Outside of his career, Tristan enjoys learning about technology and its effects on the future of society. This topic is endlessly fascinating and inspiring to him. Technology helps push his love of learning to fields and topics he may not be as familiar with. It is this love of pushing himself outside his comfort zone that provides him a unique and innovative perspective.
