Meet Painter Alia Bhatt

She's made a mark of her own in the industry, with her Bollywood debut 'Student Of The Year' however, what many don't know is that Alia Bhatt is also a trained painter. Alia is into charcoal painting and she claims that she's also good at it. Bhatt recently inaugurated an art exhibition and at the event when she was asked if she paints, the SOTY star said, "I love painting. I took up painting when I was in eleventh standard and I actually turned out to be good at it. I do charcoal painting so when I saw charcoal painting here I got very excited. I like painting with charcoal a lot, there is a big charcoal painting made by me at my place, in my room so that everyone can have a look at it and praise me (laughs)." "I think being able to paint is a great talent and I respect and love painters. Paintings make a house look beautiful so I think it's very important," she further added. Alia will be next seen opposite Arjun Kapoor in '2 States' and with Randeep Hooda in 'Highway'.
