Meaghan Phillips - A Day In The Life

You call me stupid
you call me dumb
you say i'm ugly
you say i'm pathetic
But what you don't know is that
I'm surprised i've made it this far
you see i am depreesed
and i and scarred physically and emotionally
you don't know what my life is like
you know nothing of me except
what i let you see
If i let you see the real me
you would run away
and feel sorry for everything you ever said
you wonder why i cover my body
why i shelter my mind for you see they are a part of
the war i deal with every day
both scareed from the daily battles
both sick of being used for nothing but bashing
you take your anger out on me
and you could care less
But what should i expect form you
you're just human
you know nothing other than what you learn
you are human and i can't help what you think of me
And thats why i no longer care

*** This poem was written by me about 2 1/2 years ago about how i was feeling at that time. you will be glad to know I now longer feel that way.
