If you live in Italy and you have a serious disdain for good Italian food, then this is the best time for your culinary desires! McDonald's is bringing Italian to Italy with it's new McPenne Salad, a pasta salad with some preserved veggies that's healthy, fresh, and delicious. Allegedly. We're not quite sure what McDonald's is thinking in yet another of it's worldwide desperate attempts to bring in the younger generation of people who, despite serious television commercial power, tend to go for fresher food over fast food. Especially in Italy and most of Europe where, unlike the US, eating out is less of a everyday occurrence, this just seems like a waste of time. Right?
